1. Shipping Timeframes: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days from the date of order placement. However, during peak seasons or special promotions, it might take a little longer.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs: Most orders are shipped through USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and shipping method chosen during checkout.
3. International Shipping: International shipping is not currently offered.
4. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or other shipping-related information.
5. Shipment Tracking: A tracking number can be provided via email once your order is shipped. Please email kirstenclarkfowler@gmail.com if you would like your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Our primary goal is your satisfaction with our products.
1. Returns and Refund Eligibility: All sales are final except in the event of a damaged or defective product upon arrival. If you encounter such an issue, please contact Kirsten within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Refund Process: To initiate a refund due to a defective or damaged item, please contact Kirsten at kirstenclarkfowler@gmail.com within the specified timeframe. We will guide you through the refund process.
3. Replacement: Works are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced. If your work is damaged during shipping, please shop the current catalog or contact Kirsten at kirstenclarkfowler@gmail.com to see about getting a similar piece.
